named the fastest growing city in the United States in the late 1950's and by 1956 with
about 44,000 residents it was incorporated as a city.

northern edgeof Orange County's Little
Saigon, and also to a large Korean-American population centered along
Garden Grove Boulevard west of Brookhurst Street. The City has just
turned fifty and is still vibrant and beautiful. Garden Grove is centrally
located six miles from the beach near Disneyland, California Adventure,
Knotts Berry Farm, Soak City, Little Saigon and The Block in Orange,
Garden Grove is the easiest of locations to access the attractions
tourists seek most often in Orange County, California. Gardens Grove

community of over 170,000 people.
